Volo last week congratulated Bamford Trading on becoming the first Volo customer to secure Google Certified Shop status. The certification will not only increase business by offering Bamford customers greater confidence, but also recognises the strong customer service ethos that has driven Bamford Trading’s success.
Bamford uses the Volo platform to manage its multi channel business and help scale the business. Volo has helped the hardware and tools specialist grow by 29% year on year and made substantial labour savings equivalent to approximately 33% of the workforce via automation.
