Volo is the first certified UK ERP with TecCom integration and the first ERP to integrate all four TecCom modules
Cheltenham, England, Monday 1st July – eCommerce ERP provider Volo Commerce, together with automotive marketplace solutions provider Emotiv Corp, today announced the TecAlliance certification for having fully integrated TecCom solutions into their customers’ systems environment, to further automate eCommerce business processes. This is the first such integration into an ERP in the UK and Ireland, and the first anywhere to integrate all four TecCom modules. Volo partners with Emotiv Corp to provide complete aftermarket eCommerce.
Volo eCommerce ERP is now a certified TecCom Solution Integrator (TCSI), as part of the TecAlliance Partner Programme. Many Emotiv and Volo customers already enjoy a range of TecCom functionalities, and the integration will help deliver improved productivity and accuracy. TecCom continuously revalidates its certified partners to secure the latest technical standard for all customers and identifies Certified ERP and Webshop Systems through the “TecCom inside” branding.
Volo is the first ERP system anywhere which fully integrates all four modules from the TecCom solutions portfolio for its customers across parts dealers/resellers, parts manufacturers and workshops:
Ajai Chauhan, founder and head of Arks Global, who is an early adopter of the TecCom integration within Volo, commented, “As a successful online business, the big game-changer for us is the amount of drop-ship orders and stock orders that are automated, which is 70% to 80% of what we used to do on a manual basis. I invite other sellers in the wider community to get involved and get the productivity boost that we’ve seen.”
Mark Rudge, PACT Director – Sales TecCom UK & Ireland, added, “Users of the Volo ERP system now connect seamlessly with their trading partners, through TecCom’s unrivalled services and functionalities. As a result, TecCom’s real-time enquiry, ordering, invoicing and returns can effectively become the backbone of their business.”
Christina Meier, Sales and Partner Manager for TecCom, TecAlliance, said, “We are pleased to have worked with Volo these last few months to validate and certify Volo eCommerce ERP and Emotiv Online as TecCom Partners. With the integration of TecCom solutions our respective customer ecosystems can now get a significant benefit through the automation of their whole process chain.”
Andrew Rowson, Founder and Chairman of Emotiv Corp, commented, “This news means that automotive parts resellers have fully connected access to hundreds of aftermarket suppliers for true end-to-end automation, a first in the UK, about which I’m particularly excited.”
Paul Dilger, CEO of Volo Commerce, added, “The time our dedicated team took to fully connect the TecCom modules is testimony to the depth of integration that our customers will now be able to benefit from. Our commitment to the project is also a reflection of the number of both TecCom and non-TecCom customers that we’ll be able to help scale their business profitably.”
Brands, resellers and existing online sellers who are manually placing orders and updating their stocks and listings can better develop business by connecting their stock, order, returns and invoicing systems, thereby streamlining their workflows and operations. This will enable them to automate their whole selling process, from listing, through to ordering and dispatch.
